Booking Policies

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be as flexible as possible while also reserving time and availability for all guests.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Guests may request to reschedule their tour at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date.

Late Arrivals

Tours operate on a schedule. If your group arrives late, your tour time may be shortened accordingly.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

No-Shows

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Coastal Sip Tours may reschedule your tour or offer a full refund.

Group Bookings

For larger groups, final headcount and details must be confirmed in advance.

Last-minute reductions in group size may still be charged based on the original booking.

Vehicle Care Policy

To ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests, a cleaning fee of $100–$300 may be charged for spills, stains, or excessive mess.

Any damage to the vehicle (interior or exterior) may result in additional charges based on repair costs.
